Milan 2014: Wallpaper* Handmade

The Wallpaper magazine returned to Milan Design Week and for the fifth time into the Leclettico gallery. Located on San Gregorio Street in Milano, the Wallpaper wanted to create a new hotspot at this already overcrowded city. To be very honest, besides the Wallpaper* Handmade exposition there was nothing that really touched my creative spirit.

Again, the Wallpaper magazine has assembled an international cast of star designers, craftsmen and makers to produce one-off handcrafted wonders. The location was definitely worth visiting. In the showroom of 800 square meters, visitors could see more than 50 different objects. All were made using traditional craft skills and natural materials. Some products were amazing within their aesthetic shape, some through their use of materials and some others by touching the dangerous subjects.
